Pristine Peaker Loan Nears Close July 27, 2010

Four banks syndicating a $265 million loan backing Pristine Power’s $330 million, 393 MW gas-fired York Energy Centre in King, Ontario, expect the deal to wrap next week. The deal has now secured a $55 million commitment from Siemens Financial Service and $45 million commitments from Scotia Capital and National Bank Canada.
